ROMSKI grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area city of the Santa Clara known to those who grew up there as Mission City, due to the 18th century Spanish mission that serves as the center piece of the Santa Clara University campus in which ROMSKI lived down the block from.  Influenced by hip-hop at an early age, ROMSKI was captivated by the sounds of the new art form.  ROMSKI became a documentarian of his own personal experiences living in Mission Cit while being brought up on the eastern end of town growing up near the railroad yard, empty lots and downtown San Jose’s skyline as being part of the norm—ROMSKI was an outsider on the edge of town chronicling life and times in The Mission City.
